How do I slim down and shape my legs?
My thighs are big I do squats, leg extentions, jump rope, and lunges and it seems like they keep getting bigger and not much shape, should I do less weight and higher reps, I don’t want to lose my strength but they don’t have much shape, and what do I do about getting my calves bigger and shapelier? I’m 5ft 5in 130pounds.
The same way you slim down and shape anything. Spot reduction or “toning” don’t exist.
Consume about 1500 to 3000 calories a day depending on how fast You Want to lose it. Cut out all junk food and sodas, and make sure all the food you eat adds to your nutrition. Basically, this means fruit, vegetables, whole grains, lean protein, and a limited amount of good fats like those found in fish oil, olive oil, avocados, nuts, seeds, etc. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, and four cups of Green Tea a day.
Do at least 30 minutes of vigorous aerobic exercise a day, and lift weights every other day to build metabolism-boosting muscle. Hope this helps.
