Will working out on the weight machines get you any results?
I was working out solely on the weight lifting machines for about 2 months and didn’t see any results. Will you get better results from free weights?

Machines are good because they force you to do the correct form of motion. Free weights are more effective though. There are so many more exercises and motions to do with free weights than there are machines. Also with free weights doing different variations with dumbbells helps you target more muscles, more effectively. I would also suggest using cables. Cables allow you to work different muscles as well as working your muscles at different angles which increases your overall muscle strength and development.
